I am a passionate Master Certified executive career coach, author, and professor, specializing in leadership development and career coaching. My life purpose is to help others to find their passion and their purpose in their work.

I bring extensive senior HR experience to my coaching. Prior to starting a career coaching and development business, I was a human resources leader in organizations that spanned a number of industries in both public and private organizations.  My focus was on the people side of the business, including recruitment, leadership development, and performance optimization. In 2010, I transitioned into full-time coaching, leadership development, and teaching at the graduate level. Having navigated the politics and the complexities of managing up, down, and cross-functionally, I bring my corporate knowledge and personal career transition experience to provide a uniquely relevant perspective to my coaching.
