What is professional coaching?
Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps the client to increase understanding, improve performance, and enhance quality of life to produce extraordinary results. My professional coaching program will enable you to achieve fulfilling results in your personal and professional life by providing the support needed to identify, enhance, and fully use the skills, resources, and creativity that you already possess.
What is Mentor Coaching?
You’ve spent many hours training to be a great coach, and coaching your clients. Now you’re ready to take the final steps to your ACC, PCC or you are renewing your credential!
Congratulations! I know you are dedicated and committed to achieving the highest credential the profession of coaching offers. You can accelerate the process by working with a mentor coach.

You want a mentor who’s not only been coaching, but one who has trained and certified hundreds of coaches and listened to thousands of coaching sessions.
In addition to coaching my own clients, I also train and certify coaches in an ICF accredited coach training programs. I am expertly versed in ‘listening for’ all of the ICF core competencies in coaching. My students tell me that they are amazed at how I’m able to listen so deeply and give them valuable feedback which serves to boost their coaching even higher.

What is the difference between coaching and counseling or therapy?
As a coach, I will help you make changes that enhance your effectiveness and develop a course of action to achieve your goals. Counseling concentrates more on the self-examination of one’s thoughts, feelings, and past experiences.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
I will guide and support you in assessing and addressing your unique needs and goals and help you map a course to achieve them. A consultant makes an evaluation and subsequent recommendation-often a standard or packaged solution.
What is the difference between coaching and training?
My coaching sessions are oriented toward your needs and can encompass a wide variety of change-related topics, and how you can strategically use change to achieve your goals. Training is usually oriented toward a specific topic and narrowed to that focused area.
How do coaching sessions work?
Your schedule and needs will help determine the timing of each session. My coaching program is conducted by phone. These phone sessions are very effective and convenient for most individual coaching clients.
What are the fees?
The first half-hour session is complimentary, to make sure this process is appropriate for you and that we have the right fit to help you achieve your goals. Fees for our future sessions will vary depending on the individual coaching agreement.
